Have served Financial Services (Corporate and Institutional Banking, Commercial, Personal Banking, Investment & Securities Services, Mutual Funds, Alternate Investment Practice), Manufacturing, ITES & Captives internationally and within India.
Over the last 24 years have had the privilege of working with B4's, Fortune 500 and Banks on IFRS engagements, Financial Reporting, Audit Assurance (Internal and External), Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessments, Business Process audits, Operational & Financial audits, SOX Attestations, Review of Implementation of Policies & Practices, Laws and Regulations on a global basis.
Have worked with PWC, EY, KPMG, RBS, FLEX, SOC GEN in different global locations and in different leadership positions.
Expertise in IFRS & ICOFR reviews, GAAP assessments, Business Blueprints and Strategy, RCSA, COSO implementation.
Review of Financial with focus on Financial Instruments classification, GAAP conformity, IFRS 09 implementation, Loans & Advances business reviews including ECL assessment, Implementation of Regulatory framework with focus on internal governance & BCBS 239 implementations.
Hands on experience in building risk and controls team from scratch, internal audit teams, global SOX set up and financial reporting with Fortune 500.
